We are currently going through the planning process for our training site. When contacting Andy he will notify you of the current location for training .
Alpha Papa K9 Dog Training is a fully operational training ground for both pet dogs and working dogs, do not under any circumstances, open any gate without prior permission from Andy. Andy will greet you at your car when you arrive on site.
This agreement does not create any rights over the land and the client accepts that the landowner maintains full control and possession of the field at all times.
The site is covered by liability insurance however we will not be held liable for any clients or dogs during their visit to our site. Use of our field / site shall be entirely at the users own risk. We strongly advise you to have your own insurance for your dogs as it is part of being a responsible dog owner.
Our field is enclosed with a 6-foot deer fence and gate, while this is the recommended secure height for a dog field some dogs are capable of jumping / scaling well over 8-foot. The fencing at ground level is not dug into the ground it sits as near to the ground as possible. We inspect the field and fencing regularly to maintain security but please notify management immediately if you have any concerns. We will not be held liable for your dog's escaping from our field or site. On entering our site, you are always solely responsible for your own dogs. No dogs must be left unsupervised at any time. When not in the secure area dogs must always be kept on lead and under control.
All vehicles parked on the site are left entirely at their owner's risk. We accept no responsibility for damage, accidents or otherwise, whilst they are on the premises.
We will not be held liable for any loss, theft, injury, damage or accident sustained to personal property, individuals or dogs anywhere on the site.
1. Drive slowly and carefully up the drive to the car park, care should be taken on exit and entry to the site, you are leaving / entering a national speed limit road (60mph).
2. If you arrive early, please wait in your car until the booking before you have left the site.
3. If you need to change a booking, we require 24 hours notice. Please contact us on 07835 432996 and we will do our best to accommodate you. Refunds will not be given for no shows.
4. Do not exercise your dogs outside of the secure dog field with out asking Andy first and keep your dogs on a lead until you are within the boundary fence with the gate closed.
5. No dogs to be left in hot vehicles.
6. Your family may join you. Children are welcome to accompany you under strict adult supervision, but please do not let them play on the dog equipment or climb the trees or fences.
7. Please pick up after your dogs and dispose of safely in the bin provided in the car park area.
8. There are no toilets or mains water on site. Please bring your own drinking water for your dogs to prevent cross contamination.
9. Please make sure your dog’s vaccinations and wormers are up to date. If your dogs, or any others they live with, are showing signs of illness i.e. coughing, diarrhoea, vomiting, general lethargy you MUST cancel the session.
10. Please note that the site is a natural landscape and therefore you may encounter parts of the field that are not level, rabbit holes, plants, trees, stony soil types, shrubs and branches. We have taken every precaution to keep the site safe, and we perform regular checks. During Winter the site may be muddy, therefore waterproof boots are advised.
11. The whole site is NO SMOKING / NO CHEWING GUM / NO FOOD (dog treats allowed, please pick up any dropped ones) – THIS IS TO PROTECT BOTH YOU AND YOUR DOGS AND OTHER USERS OF THE SITE.
12. CCTV may be used on site to monitor the entrance and surrounding areas for client's safety and to detect and deter any criminal activity. Please follow onsite guidance reference any CCTV enquiries.

The management does not accept any liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage to you, your equipment or your dogs and no responsibility can be taken for any incidents within the site grounds. The owner/dog walker uses this site at their own risk. Vehicles and contents are also left at their owner's risk.
